Jeffrey Plante

Jeff Plante is the President of Carelon Insights, a division within Carelon with capabilities that span medical benefits management, payment integrity, and advocacy. Under his leadership, the division has scaled market-leading, high-quality, and value-based solutions for health plans and their members.

Jeff has more than 20 years of health experience, and previously held various leadership roles with Elevance Health, Inc. He is dedicated to building high-performing teams, breaking down silos, and working end-to-end to achieve shared goals and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
